Incredible Near Mint 3 sheet. This may be one of the most incredible vintage three sheets we have ever acquired. First, because three sheets are so large they are prone to excess damage that usually results in low quality condition. And, being a 56 year old poster it is amazing the condition this three sheet is in. It is in two sections. The top, which is the major section and about 80% of the poster. is quite flawless. The bottom only has a small stain on the back and a small chip out of the bottom border but other then that this poster looks like it was never used. The paper still has a like new gloss to it. In addition, the artwork and graphics on this poster with full size images of Abbott, Costello and Charles Laughton is extraordinary.  This si NOT the 1960 re-release but the 1953 original release.  When we first saw it we assumed because of the immaculate condition, it must have been a later re-release however, not the case. It IS the original 1953 release 3 sheet.

You are not likely to ever see a 3 sheet like this again, never mind an Abbott & Costello 3 sheet which typically exhibit heavy use and wear.
