VERY SCARCE an unusual Original ink sketch of Herman Munster on a blue-bordered off-white 5.75 x 3.75 card, signed and inscribed, “To Ashley, Fred Gwynne, 86.” In fine condition, with a touch of mild scattered soiling. This is the first Fred Gwynne sketch we have ever acquired, although we have heard a few have appeared on the market over the years. And, a sketch of his immortal character as "Herman Munster” makes this a most desirable acquisition for your prized collection.   Gwynne was known to not sign anything to do with his Munster character as he believed it typecasted him for many years.
