Signed lower left NB Tallman or HB Tallman. Possible mid 19th century portrait painter NH Tallman who although listed has very few of his works to surface on the market. And if this is NH Tallman, should this quality of work get exposed to the "serious" art collecting world, there's no telling where the value of this painting could end up at.
