Made of plexiglass with a beautiful bas-relief of Frank. Reads: "Caesars Palace cordially invites you to a loving tribute to Frank Sinatra on the occasion of his fortieth year in show buisness, December 12, 1979 - Cocktails 7:00 PM, Anniversary Tribute 8:30 PM, Supper 11:45 PM. Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nevada". Excellent condition except for a small scuff on Frank's right knee that is not very noticeable. I understand these were just made for invited guests of this event.
