Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions I had, very friendly, which is not always the case if you ask them what kind of guarantee they offer, if any. The item I ordered came just as described, came quickly, safely packaged. I'm also happy with COA that has no time limit to get authenticated, and actually has a standard to abide by. I'd be willing to purchase from him again in the future if I see something I can't live without :-)
