One of the most sought after of ALL "Wizard of OZ" original lobby card movie posters!

This is a 1955 re-release Oz lobby card. It was the third and final theatrical re-release before CBS bought the rights in 1956 and made it an annual event and institution that brought the family together like no other.  It was truly a magical like experience so highly anticipated once a year.. This was the ONLY lobby card for any of the Oz theatrical releases that was NOT a scene within the "dream" and features all the major cast members OUT of their fantasy costumes...    It is also the Only OZ lobby card to recognize "Auntie Em" and "Uncle Henry".

It's a frozen moment in time of one of the greatest moments in the long history of film. It's Dorothy and Toto with her beloved friends and protectors the Scarecrow, Tinman and Lion helping their young friend, as she seeks the final stage of accomplishing her goal to return home. Judy Garland, Ray Bolger, Jack Haley, Bert Lahr and Toto, were perfectly cast. Few collectors part with these cards once they have them, so don't miss this one!  This is the first time we have had this particular vintage Oz lobby card in about five years!
