Rare Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Poster One Sheet actually used to promote this classic film over 75 years ago!

Another first of extraordinary historical movie posters we acquired this past week, this is a Hollywood treasure we've been trying to acquire for over 30 years..  My personal favorite in the Bogart/Bacall classics.  This insert is the best vintage movie paper ever released for this film's original promotion in 1948.  Even better graphics then the one sheet..   It doesn't appear on the market very often, but maybe 4-5 times in the past 20 years.  Very Good 100% Original UN-restored contition, folded as issued by studio nearly 80 years ago.  See more condition details below.      Imagine this gem on your wall..!! ?   And it has sold at auction for as high as $7200 !

A great photo montage design fills this insert format from the classic film noir drama. For the final film in which Humphrey Bogart and his wife Lauren Bacall would appear together, John Huston cast the stars in this hair-raising and intense gangster drama. The film was set in the Florida Keys during a hurricane and found Bogart's character taking on the last great mobster (played to perfection by Edward G. Robinson) as he makes his final bid for greatness. Claire Trevor, as the suppressed gun moll, won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

Condition:  The poster shows fold wear with extra creases, a tape stain on the top border addressing a tear, a tape stain on the bottom border, light staining on the other borders, pinholes on the bottom and side borders, and edge wear. There are tape stains on the verso.  But, a Great 100% Original UN-Restored Find!  MOST all of these are in poor condition and have required extensive restoration and placed on paper back.  This Gem is Not restored or mounted!
