Highly sought after Rhode Island 19^th early 20^th Century artist. Known for his coastal landscapes. Though he was known for oils, very few have appeared on the market relative to his watercolors. He exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy in the late 1800's and attended the Art Students League of New York.

This may be the only chance you will find a Charles Springer other then possibly a high priced auction in the future.
