Superb 1860 Campaign Token Two-Sided Ferrotype

Lincoln & Hamlin: Superb 1860 Campaign Two-Sided Ferrotype. 24mm. A beautiful ferrotype in choice condition featuring a portrait of a clean-shaven Lincoln with his running mate, Hannibal Hamlin, on the obverse. Note the "beardless" Abe Lincoln.

Condition: The Lincoln and Hamlin images have some small nicks but they are actually in relatively nice condition and the images are particularly a high quality than most of these I have seen over the past few decades. The gold token itself as you can see is in magnificent condition..
Also, this 1860 presidential campaign token appears to have the original ribbon. Based on others I have seen this is the exact same material and expected aging from the other Lincoln token ribbons I have seen. And, it is extremely Rare to find one with the original ribbon on it.

Description: 1" diameter gilt stamped brass frame portrait ferrotypes.
Also, this is the rare version that instead of their names has on the Lincoln side, "The Constitution And The Laws 1860" and on the Hamlin side reads, "Union Of The States 1860"

Note: The majority of these that appear on the market either have the images completely gone or severely disfigured. This is an exceptionally nice, rarely seen example!
