1930's Vintage Photo AL CAPONE with his LAWYER Michael Ahern

A Vintage 1931 Photograph depicting notorious gangster Al Capone in federal court in Chicago. The criminal boss is shown with his lawyer, Michael Ahern and appears to be in a good mood. The 8" x 10" photo  has a press caption affixed on the verso dated October 17, 1931 to indicate it was actually used for newspaper publication in 1931. . And while the government would fail to nail Scarface on his gangland activities, he would be found guilty of tax evasion and be sent away, essentially ending his reign
