Our Return Policy

We Only accept returns for autographs and movie posters proven to be not authentic and also for items NOT as described.

For authenticity issues there is no time limit. For “not as described”, item must be returned within ten days. Please note the 10 return policy is to minimize the loss of time it is available to resell on our web site. The longer an item is "held up" in the Return Process the more potential for losing an opportunity to sell it to someone else. Hence, we must stick to a 10 day return for items NOT as described. It ALSO prevents buyers from returning items they did not resell on eBay or other venue (Yes, we have had this happen, where a buyer will purchase an item an immediately post it on eBay and try to return it if it does not sell).

Please Note: Once in a while we are contacted by someone who wants to return an item because their Spouse did NOT approve of the purchase. It is understandable that “non-collectors” don't have the same appreciation of the value and quality of life we get from collecting. However, if you are in a situation where your spouse has “disapproval” power and you do NOT have her or his approval, PLEASE DO NOT place an order.

We also do not accept returns for such situations as “gift recipient approval”. For example, a couple years ago a customer bought an exceptionally nice John Wayne autographed photo for a relative who loved John Wayne. The customer told us they had to return it because although their relative was thrilled about the John Wayne signed photo he didn’t “feel right” about accepting such as high value gift. Hence, we do NOT accept returns for gift recipient’s refusal to accept. We cannot be responsible for the emotional responses of third parties such as spouses or gift recipients. If you are not sure of your spouses or gift recipient’s intentions, please do not place an order as removing that from our inventory precludes any other potential buyers from acquiring that particular item.

A retail store such as Macy’s sells multiple of the same items, so accepting returns is not an issue. However, we offer very rare, one-of-a-kind artifacts, that investors and collectors appreciate the significance of. And hence, understand the unique opportunity to own such a rare piece of history that may never be available anywhere again.

Please understand that when we sell and remove an item from our inventory and days or weeks later after other potential buyers have come and gone , we cannot accept it back and issue a refund due to "spousal dis-approval" or "Gift Recepient Guilt". So, again if this sounds like your situation, PLEASE DO NOT place an order.
