Charles M. Schulz autographed "Home is on Top of a Dog House" with Original hand drawn Snoopy sketch.  Copyright 1966 United Features Syndicate.  Inscribed in black felt tipped pen on the inside page " For Laurie / Charles M. Schulz " with a full page Snoopy sketch. 

Signature, sketch and the whole book are in excellent condition.  All pages are crisp with no fading, tears or creases.  It appears that the book has only been opened gently but never really used.  The only wear that is visible on the book is on the jacket and the outer corners which is pictured.  Size of book is about 6x6"
