Vintage sepia matte-finish 8 x 10 head and shoulders photo. Signed and inscribed apparently to a personal friend with a personal inscription and VERY RARE informal "Kate". In green fountain pen “To Pete, Affectionately, Kate.” Some scattered light spotting and toning, not affecting bold signature, otherwise fine condition. Great opportunity to acquire a signed photo as Hepburn routinely refused to sign any type of photo.
