We have only owned this Title Card once before and it was in 1998.

The Wizard of Oz (MGM, 1955). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Judy Garland is Dorothy Gale, a forlorn orphan who yearns for something other than her dull, colorless life on her relative's desolate Kansas farm. Her wish comes true when a twister sweeps her and her dog, Toto, off to the lush Land of Oz. In this Technicolor wonderland, Dorothy sets off down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to meet the famed Wizard. Along the way she encounters a host of enchanting characters, including the Scarecrow (Ray Bolger), Tin Man (Jack Haley) and the Cowardly Lion (Bert Lahr). This classic title card features charming portraits of the cast including two images of Judy Garland including a 1955 image at the height of her career just being nominated for an Academy Award for "Star is Born" (which many believed she was robber of).

Important Info: Note that this title card has a completely different design from the 1939 original title cards, and it's full color too (and of course, it not only has an image of Judy Garland as she appeared in 1939, but it also has a larger image of her as she looked in 1955, because she was so prominent when this classic movie was re-released in 1955,
just being nominated for an Academy Award for "A Star is Born" in which many believe she was robbed of)! . .Note that the poster says "A METRO-GOLDWYN-MAYER MASTERPIECE REPRINT" in the bottom center. This was a terminology used by MGM at this time for some re-releases, and it has caused some collectors to be confused! This poster is the original poster from the 1955 re-release of this movie, and is NOT a "reprint"!
