Super rare Original Vintage Three Stooges Title Lobby Card movie poster for their 1946 Columbia Short classic "A Bird in the Head".   With spectacular Title Card artwork and graphics.  One of the best we have seen!  In very good condition prior to professional restoration.  Now displays near mint! 

Condition Report: The borders were original trimmed off and the Title Card measured 10x13".  Meaning about a half inch was trimmed on each side, including the copyright info on bottom border.  The graphics were mostly unaffected with the exception of about 1/8" of the left side of the Gorilla.  The boys and all other graphics were untouched.   Professional restoration has addressed these issues and the card now measures 11x14" and looks Amazing.   If not for the restoration we would have priced this at $3250-3500

Very rare original piece of Stooges History.  This original 1946 Columbia Short Title lobby card is a rare find.    It could be decades before you ever see one of these again. As seasoned Stooges Collectors now, "Curly era" lobby cards are very rare and extremely desirable, many selling into the tens of thousand$$.   We could go on and on about this incredible find, but the enlargeable image above says it all!

In this slapstick short, The Three Stooges are borderline inept paperhangers. When they bungle a job and are threatened by the client, the funnymen "escape" across the hall to a laboratory operated by a demented professor. A gorilla is added to the mix, and the fun really begins! The Title lobby card presented here features all three of the comedians, with as you can see particularly stunning graphics!
