Original Vintage AUTHENTIC Autograph Signature - Circa 1940s

We just acquired two extraordinary Authentic John Wayne autograph signatures, both from separate vintage autograph album book finds! (See the other below under "SIMILAR TREASURES YOU MAY LIKE"). This terrific in person pristine autograph has an UN-personalized signature in bold vintage blue fountain pen ink, "John Wayne", ready to mat and frame with your favorite photo of the Duke (i.e. Searchers, Quiet Man, Hondo, etc). Next to the signature is a small magazine type photo pasted on, which after decades of aging to the adhesive, can be easily removed if so desired.... Attaching small period photos next to autograph album signature was common in the 1930s/40s.

Also, on the reverse is the signature of Mary Astor, also in vintage fountain pen ink. Size of album page is 4 1/4" x 6"

Autograph on a light blue page removed from an autograph book, penned in blue fountain pen ink "John Wayne," with an of-the-era magazine clipping of him glued to the lower center; verso displays the green fountain pen ink signature of "Mary Astor" next to a clipping of her.
