VERY RARE Original Vintage Concert Poster, 1956

ROY ACUFF & KITTY WELLS 1956 GRAND OLE OPRY CONCERT POSTER

Extremely RARE Original Country Music Concert Poster.   22-1/8x28.25" thin cardboard poster for July 29, 1956 concert that took place at Himmelreich's Grove in Womelsdorf, PA, featuring "Five Star Special" presented by WSM Grand Ole Opry that included "King of Country Music" Roy Acuff, The Smokey Mountain Boys, Johnny & Jack, Kitty Wells and The Tennessee Mt. Boys. Poster features photos of Acuff and Wells w/Johnny & Jack and was printed by Posters Inc. of Philadelphia, PA. Moderate corner tip wear w/streak of moisture staining at bottom left. Margins show scattered wear w/five 1/8" to .5" edge tears. VG/Fine overall.

Extremely rare Original Concert Poster for 1956 Live In-Person show.  An extraordinary and particularly striking large image of the 40s/50s/60s Country music legend.   Beautiful Grand Ole Opry Country Concert Poster  and one of the best Roy Acuf posters to ever a[[ear on the market..     In the past 2-3 years Original Concert Posters from this genre and era have skyrocketed in demand and hence value.     For example, in March 2017 a poster, not nearly as beautiful as this one, sold for $87500, and in August 2018 a much inferior Concert Poster sold for $2250.  One reason for the ultra rarity  of Original Concert Posters, was because only a handful were produced for local concert venues.  
Based on our research this is the ONLY one of its kind in existence.
