Here's a Rare Historical Classic Film Treasure you won't find anywhere else, but CVtreasures!

About 25 years ago, I sold an original 1931 "The Black Camel" Herald.    It was Oland Warner's 2nd Chan and his co-star was a guy named Bela Lugosi, who just finished making a film titled "DRACULA".    Ever since I gave up that 1931 Herald, I've been on a quest to find an original lobby card with Bela Lugosi in the scene !   And FINALLY after 25 long years that search has ended successfully !   Original movie poster paper is so scarce for this title that at the time, a Herald was the closest thing to a movie poster I had ever seen, and I regretted selling it.

Note:   Another card like this sold in 2005. However, upon close inspection it was this SAME card. Hence, this may be the ONLY one in existence!

Theatrical Release Date: June 21st, 1931. This is an important movie historically.   Not only does it appear to be the earliest surviving of the Warner Oland Charlie Chan movies, but it may be the first time a horror star was cast as a red herring in a mystery.   It is the second film to star Warner Olan as detective Charlie Chan, and the sole surviving title of the first five Chan films starring Oland.

The Black Camel (Fox, 1931). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
One of the very best of the early Charlie Chan films,"The Black Camel" features Warner Oland in his second outing as the famous oriental detective. This is one of the few films in the series that actual used Hawaiian locations. Here Chan tries to solve the murder of an unpleasant young actress and another related murder, that was committed a few years earlier. Bela Lugosi appears in the film as "the fortune teller to the stars", Tarnaverro, a phony mystic who knows more than he lets on. Offered here is the extremely Rare and fantastic scene card that features both Oland and Lugosi.
