Beautiful vintage movie poster one sheet for this WWII era horror thriller classic.  Striking artwork and graphics.  Very good condition. slight edge and fold wear, minor fold separations, and a small chip. There is a strip of paper tape on the verso covering the chip in the upper portion of the poster (between top of H and A in "Richard").  But it is not very noticeable as it is mostly in the black background area.   Of course linen backing would correct this, but it also looks nice as is.

RKO Producer Val Lewton produced some of the eeriest films from the World War II era. This film, set aboard a ship, stars Richard Dix as a psychopathic captain who controls his ship to the point of murdering some of the crew.
Starring Richard Dix, Russell Wade, Edith Barrett, Ben Bard, Edmund Glover, Robert Bice, Eddie Borden, John Burford, Steve Forrest, Sir Lancelot, and Lawrence Tierney. Directed by Mark Robson. An unrestored poster with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have slight edge and fold wear, minor fold separations, light creases, tears, some stains/smudges, or a small chip. There is a strip of paper tape on the verso covering the chip in the upper portion of the poster.
