The story, about a showman (Robert Armstrong) who travels to a remote island to find the greatest attraction of all time and returns to civilization with Kong, The Eighth Wonder of the World, is exciting enough, but when paired with the brilliant stop-motion animation effects of genius technician Willis O'Brien, it's easy to see why this picture has remained a fan-favorite for more than seven decades. Of course, paper from this title is extremely popular with collectors, who are eager to snatch up anything they can find. This beautiful re-release poster is sure to prove no exception.
