Terrific Rare, Original Vintage 1933 photo with a 26 year old John Wayne and his co stars J.P. McGowan and Frank Rice.   Very good condition with border wear, but you're not likely to see Original vintage promotional photos for this John Wayne early western classic anytime soon.   Note:  We recently acquired three vintage photos from this film.   * See enlargeable image above..

After playing second fiddle to Tim McCoy and Buck Jones in a series of B Westerns at Columbia, a fresh faced John Wayne lassoed the starring role in his own series of horse dramas at Warner Brothers. 
John Wayne plays a bronco buster who runs to Mexico after he's accused of fixing a coach race. Once he's south of the border he turns to crime, but eventually finds redemption aiding the son of an old friend. 

Starring John Wayne, Duke, Henry B. Walthall, Shirley Palmer, Ann Fay, J.P. McGowan, Paul Fix, Ralph Lewis, Frank Rice, Billy Franey, Bob Fleming, and Joe Dominguez. Directed by Mack V. Wright. Posters and photos from this series are very difficult to attain.
