Harry Houdini 
ORIGINAL RARE Vintage 1919 "The Grim Game" Promotional Movie Brochure

Spectacular, EXTREMELY RARE  and quite beautiful piece of magic and Harry Houdini history!  

For nearly 90 years this film was deemed a "Lost Film".    Until an astonishing find a few years ago from a 95 year old Houdini collector.   The film was restored and featured at the TCM (Turner Classic Movie) Festival in March of 2015.   Any original paper on this film is exceedingly rare .

NOTE:  Confirmation from a long time renown Houdini expert, this was an insert brochure in the Sept. 15, 1919 issue of Sphinx magazine.   Used to promote the film's released in 1919...  

This is the only Movie Program we have ever seen and based on our research, none have appeared for sale before this one.   It opens to a large 12x18" and in addition to a spectacular cover featuring Houdini hanging from a plane,  the inside and back have amazing animated graphics and artwork of Houdini in various situations. Four page fold out.     A truly amazing find!  And amazing condition for nearly 100 years old!!

Together with two extracted articles from Popular Science (1926) and Collier’s (1925) by or about Houdini.  Exceedingly Rare as we could not find one of having ever been sold at auction previously.
