Description:

The 1955 Stanley Cup Finals were held from April 3 to April 14, 1955 in a best-of-seven series between the Montreal Canadiens, appearing in their fifth straight Finals and the defending champion Detroit Red Wings. The Wings would win the series 4–3 to win their second consecutive Stanley Cup.

Prior to the playoffs, Montreal's Maurice Richard was suspended and would be missed by the Canadiens.

In game two, Ted Lindsay would score 4 goals to set a NHL record in the Finals. It was also the Wings' 15th consecutive win, another NHL record.

Gordie Howe set two NHL records, amassing 12 points, and he surpassed Toe Blake's point mark for the playoffs with 20 points in 11 games.

Program is in excellent condition.100% complete , flat and fully attached at the staples.Inside is clean and un-scored. Front cover exhibits right corner crease otherwise solid looking program.A terrific and difficult to find item. A nice find for any Hockey fanatic or sports enthusiast.
