Vintage Wristwatch, 1948

 

Rare Vintage 1948 Gene Autry Watch has 1" dial with facsimile signature shown twice on the face. Reads "Gene Autry Watch/Always Your Pal Gene Autry." . .This variety does not have moving second hand. Top of dial reads "Copyright 1948." Bottom of dial reads "Swiss Made." .  I wound it and it worked for a while than stopped.  Probably just needs a cleaning.  Band looks like a replacement.  Nice condition.  * See enlargeable images above and below. ..
