Very Rare and highly desirable vintage TV Guide featuring the "Man of Steel"! . .  SUPER RARE UNUSED Condition!   Note the flawless binder as no sign of ever being opened.  No wear to the spine whatsoever.   NO Mailing Label.   Back in the 1950s-60s-70s-80s ,  90% of them had an address label as all our parents had TV Guide subscriptions.

Only has some minor age related toning and minor wear to very edges which are unnoticeable unless you inspect closely or magnify it. .    The best 1953 "Superman" TV Guide we've ever acquired!

Considered by many to forever be the q
uintessential Superman, George Reeves, left the world with a touch of immortality (and suspicion).  Many actors have come after but George Reeves was the definitive Superman.
The feature film "Hollywoodland" starring Ben Afflect was about the life and suspicious death of George Reeves.

Here is a very scarce issue of TV guide featuring George Reeves as superman on the cover from September 25, 1953.  Very interesting superman story and many more pictures and ads from this first year of TV guide. Guide is in very good-excellent  condition with terrific image of George Reeves (as Both Superman and Clark Kent). Spine is tight, some edge wear.   But none of the typical damage and/or label in the image area.    Quite a nice find with NO address label!   Complete issue and as you can see from the photo in Excellent-Near Mint UNUSED condition. The best condition we've seen with this vintage treasure ....  Hard to find TV guide issue in the amazing condition as most have the address label affixed over the cover or torn off covers.
