After checking all the Black Lagoon window cards that have sold in the last 5 years , this may be the BEST condition of any. All the other sold by a major auction house had restoration, some extensive including replacing borders, replacing top blank area (about 6"), substantial repainting, etc. This one is Unrestored and only has a horizontal fold as they all did. Not even the top balnk area was written in or trimmed off as most windows cards. The artwork is as beautiful as the amazing condition. A high quality find, you're not likely to see again anytime soon.

Creature From the Black Lagoon (Universal International, 1954). Window Card (14" X 22"). Considered by many to be the last of the great Universal Monsters and perhaps the best, the Creature was a tremendous success in its day, and spawned two sequels. Inspired by such disparate elements as a Brazilian legend, seventeenth-century woodcuts, and even the Oscar statuette, the filmmakers created an enduring character in the pantheon of horror films,

 Starring Richard Carlson, Julia Adams, Richard Denning, Antonio Moreno, Nestor Paiva, Whit Bissell, Ricou Browning, and Ben Chapman. Directed by Jack Arnold.
