It was Ted Williams second season returning to the Red Sox after his 1946 Rookie Year. Babe Ruth would pass away the following year in 1948. Game program is for Red Sox vs Philadelphia Athletics.. This vintage 1947 program is in excellent condition. Folds out to unmarked score sheet for both team lineups. Inside someone had left a cutout from a newspaper relating to Babe Ruth's stats.
