Maybe their most popular film of all time.   This very rarely offered lobby card issued over 75 years ago in 1937, is one of the best you will find for this classic.  Terrific closeup of both comedy legends.  Great bright colors. Excellent condition with a few typical pinholes at borders.  The first we have ever acquired!

Laurel and Hardy are at their very best in this full-length feature. They play a pair of unlikely prospectors whose best pal has died and they must deliver the deed of his rich gold mine to his daughter. This film includes many trademark Laurel and Hardy gags, including a fun song and dance by the duo and a struggle over the deed itself, in which Stanley is tickled viciously. The lobby card offered here, showing the boys with Vivien Oakland, a staple of the Hal Roach troupe, displays exceptionally well, showing only a pinhole in the top background, a tear in the top border that just extends slightly into the background, which has been repaired, slight surface paper loss at the top and left edges, and tape along the edges of the verso. Fine+.
