Another amazing vintage Stooges Columbia Short One Sheet movie poster to offer you serious Stooges Collectors!.   It was 1947, the year Shemp returned to the team to replace Curly who had just suffered a stroke.  And this beauty is one of the best we have ever acquired.   Terrific vintage graphics.   Excellent condition and has been professionally linen backed,

Sing a Song of Six Pants (Columbia, 1947). One Sheet (27" X 41").
The Stooges run a tailor shop that is about to be repossessed by the Skin and Flint Finance Corporation. When the Boys hear about a big reward for fugitive bank robber 'Terry "Slippery Fingers" Hargan' (Harold Brauer), they think that catching him might end their financial woes. Hargan conveniently ducks into their shop as the officer enters and leaves a suit with a safe combination in its pocket. After his girlfriend (Virginia Hunter) fails to retrieve the combination, Hargan returns with his henchmen, and a wild mêlée follows. The Stooges miss out on the reward but wind up with the crook's bankroll to pay off their debts.

An interesting side note -- much footage from this comedy --and the whole substance of its plot -- was recycled for the Stooges 1953 picture, Rip, Sew and Stitch. The poster is in very good condition, showing light fold wear.  A great addition for Stooges collectors! Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
