Movie paper from early Abbott & Costello titles like "In the Navy" VERY rarely surface on the market.  And, when/if they do the condition is usually very poor.  The only two inserts from this title to ever appear on the market were both "lesser" condition.  This unrestored insert is in quite nice condition.

The only issues are on the top and bottom borders where they are some small minor tears. This insert has been professionally mounted on thick paper board (thin cardboard). And, while I am not a fan of mounting movie posters, whoever did this, did an amazing job. Not only are the tears neatly repaired but the typical insert fold lines (all inserts were tri or quad folded leaving several fold creases), are undetectable. I believe this insert did not have folds are there is no trace of them, which is quite rare.  And, the result is this very scarce Abbott & Costello insert displays very nicely ..    The artwork and graphics on this vintage piece are amazing!
