President James Monroe
Signed Autograph Land Grant Document
PSA Certified
Exceptional nice Presidential document signed by James Monroe in 1818 with an equally exceptional bold fountain pen signature. Most all the Madison signed documents have a very faded or flawed signature, unlike this bold pristine beauty!. Also, has appealing artwork in upper left of land grant of two men and a boy apparently holding a land grant.
