First, these are Extraordinary historical photos!

Original vintage photos showing Harry Houdini demonstrating how ghostly hands, often used by psychics for us in seances are created.  Size 8x10" each.   * Because both photos show a process demonstration by Houdini they are sold together as breaking them up would adversely affect their value. ..  Also, my scanner does not capture the beautiful vintage sepia tone of the photos from several decades of aging, that you will immediately notice when you see them in person..

Houdini, Harry. Two photographs of Houdini molding “spirit” hands. New York, ca. 1924. The famous magician demonstrates how to form apparently ghostly hands from paraffin wax. 8 x 10”. The first very good, the second has a 3" split (from aging) that can be easily repaired...   Houdini did his work on psychics later in life - and published his book on the subject in 1924.
