One of four VERY RARE early 1930s John Wayne western movie posters we were recently fortunate to acquire.    We have two half sheets from this particular title, this being Style A.  BOTH are extremely scarce and only a handful exist.. This may be the only time this half sheet has ever appeared on the market.   Very difficult to find any paper on John Wayne western titles from his early Republic Pictures days.     Terrific graphics of a young John Wayne.  Beautiful bright colors and impressive vintage western poster art graphics..

Very good-excellent condition with the typical half sheet fold wear (all vintage half sheets were folded by the studios prior to sending to theater owners).   * This half sheet has been professionally paper backed and now looks amazing and displays in near mint condition.

Before John Wayne was the mega-star of Stagecoach, he was the lead in many B-Western cheapies. Though these films were shot in four to five days on minuscule budgets, they reaped big rewards for many of studios that produced them, Republic being one of the most successful. Thought to be a "lost" film, paper from the picture has special significance for collectors of Wayne's early starring career.
