Rare original vintage photo with notorious "blackface" number Astaire did as a tribute to Bill "Bojangles" Robinson.   From the 1936 Fred Astaire-Ginger Rogers classic.   These "blackface" photos were quite historic as it was the only time in Fred Astaire's career he ever did a "blackface" routine. . Very good condition.   The back (see enlargeable image below) has original studio snipe and also official RKO Stamp underneath the snipe.   *Also, under the snipe of most of these amazing photos is photographer stamp of famous Hollywood photographer John Miehle.    *See enlargeable images above and below
