Starring the Marx Brothers


Highly scarce vintage window card from the Marx Brothers classic "The Big Store".   Spectacular artwork by Al Hirschfeld.  Also, unlike most window cards the top blank area has NOT been trimmed off.  Excellent condition.  You may see re-releases but you may not see another one of these original 1941 releases again!

The Big Store represented the last film The Marx Brothers would do for MGM. Groucho, Chico, and Harpo are all present, in the laugh a minute comedy. Al Hirschfeld's art perfectly captures the zany spirit of the Marx Brothers, as they hide behind department store mannequins. Prior to restoration, the window card had scattered pinholes and creases. The white imprint field and upper credit have been airbrushed, and the bottom corner supported. The item has been cleaned. Fine/Very Fine.
