20" x 26", advertising a Public Sale of Personal Property, February 27, 1894, near Columbia, Pennsylvania, by Ephraim Kline, with Jonas Minich serving as auctioneer; illustrated with an engraving of a horse by Baker. Property to be sold includes two horses and a colt, other livestock, several farm implements, and household goods.

Condition: Minor separation at fold lines. Scattered chipping, minor tears, and tape residue at edges. Modern binder grommets added at upper left.
