1937 Humphrey Bogart, "San Quentin" One of His Earliest Films RARE Studio Photo
In 1937 the name Humphrey Bogart meant almost nothing. He was yet to land a starring role and was subjected to supporting parts to other leading men. This would change by the end of the decade, but when this studio photograph was released for the Vitagraph production of "San Quentin", Bogart who was prominently pictured, was just trying to make a living! This is one of the earliest documented images of Bogart we have ever seen and the only studio photograph from this film we have ever seen in any form. Condition and quality are both amazing with a stunning vintage sepia toning!
