1936 Robert Wadlow, "The Tallest Man in the World" Helps with Family Chores

1936 Original photograph of Robert Wadlow, the tallest man in the world, and posing with his normal sized family in Illinois as he washes the ceiling with ease. A rare image of one of the first side show attractions that used his "freak like" status to capitalize on film and in the media. Issued by the Associated Press and with a full paper caption on the back as well, the photo is in great shape with a small red smudge from news room use on the front.

In the photo Robert Wadlow is 8'5" tall and still growing.  He would eventually reach 8'11" tall before his untimely death at age 21.
